Support

Revelwood is dedicated to bringing the highest level of support to our clients, long after the development and implementation phases are over. We offer value-added support services that address the real business functions and logic of your software applications. We can diagnose and fix problems as they occur to give you peace of mind.

Revelwood offers two levels of support:

  • Standard support - This level of support provides all clients on a current maintenance agreement with technical assistance during normal business hours. Our support staff is trained to help you resolve all of your technical issues as quickly as possible.
  • Premium support - Our premium support augments our standard support offerings by providing direct access to a dedicated consultant, additional points of contact and after hours assistance.

Revelwood's support services complement the support offered by software vendors. From simple "how to" questions to concerns about application performance, Revelwood provides support for your entire performance management solution, not just pieces of technology.
