Hugh Do is the co-founder of Brado Consulting, bringing over 10 years of accounting and finance experience across many highly regulated industries. He has held various roles within the finance and accounting sector, including audit and assurance roles at a public accounting firm, as well as management roles in controllership and FP&A functions. As Head of FP&A at one of the largest privately held multi-state marijuana operators in the U.S., Hugh has built financial models, led budgeting and forecasting cycles, and managed cash to support operations and M&A activities. He played a pivotal role in the company’s rapid growth phase, transforming and scaling the finance function to support expansion across multiple states. Hugh’s expertise lies in working with companies undergoing major changes, such as restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and rapid growth phases. He has a proven ability to quickly adapt and transform finance functions to meet evolving business needs and drive results. Hugh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from University of South Florida.
