Senior Consultant – Workday Adaptive Planning

Revelwood, one of the leading FP&A consulting firms in North America, is looking for a Senior Consultant – Workday Adaptive Planning.
Revelwood is searching for a full-time, experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join our growing services team. We seek leaders who understand the financial planning and reporting process and demonstrate effective self-management, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation/customization projects
- Serve as solution architect and Adaptive SME
- Act as Project Manager for client implementations as needed
- Interact with various levels of client personnel, from analysts to CFOs
- Provide industry and/or technology expertise to clients and Revelwood project teams
- Provide design advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, approaches, and models relevant to Revelwood’s Professional Services organization
- Lead and mentor others in the consulting organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance is a plus), Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility including:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning technology in both a design and development capacity
- Experience managing project teams is a plus
- Experienced in Financial Budgeting and Planning applications
- Experienced in solving complex business problems, documentation and hands-on process improvement
- Experienced in leading design sessions and commanding a room
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment for some tasks while being a self-starter and working independently for others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks

Salary Range $90,000-$110,000 plus bonus
Note, Salary is commensurate with relevant experience and skills, and location, among others. Revelwood, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role.. We believe that our salary ranges are competitive relative to our organization size and industry. Additional components include bonus, healthcare benefits, 401K, paid time off and various work perks. Details will be discussed during the interview process. This range may be modified in the future.
