I’ve recently joined Revelwood as sales director. It’s an exciting time to be in this market – the Office of Finance is experiencing an evolution of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to Extended Planning & Analysis (xP&A). This movement enables Finance to bring its agile and dynamic approach to planning to other departments throughout the organization.
But you may ask, why Revelwood?
I chose Revelwood for its culture, leadership and deep expertise in helping the Office of Finance. Revelwood is in an explosive growth phase in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) market. The company is expanding the depth and breadth of its best-of-breed solution portfolio. I feel I’m at the right place, at the right time.
What is it about Revelwood’s culture?
Revelwood prides itself on its core values, which sets the company apart from others in the market. Revelwood’s core values mesh nicely with my personal values. These are:
- Be Passionate
- It’s About the Team
- Do the Right Thing
- Take Pride in Your Work
- Take Initiative
- We Care
My previous experience includes being with Workday Adaptive Planning (and Adaptive Insights, prior to them being purchased by Workday) and Host Analytics. That has given me a front row seat to get to know the different consulting firms working in the EPM/FPM/Enterprise Planning space. Many of those companies are great and serve their clients well. But Revelwood stands out as the premier consulting firm.
I’m eager to work with Revelwood’s clients to bring new efficiencies, processes and technologies to the Office of Finance.
